Grandisson try to achieve complete customer satisfaction and can only fulfil this goal by supplying the best products with the best backup service. Stovax and Gazco offer both of these elements as well as being a local manufacturer which is invaluable.
For example: when fitting a heating product such as a stove or gas fire if additional parts are required we can drive to their warehouse in Exeter and collect any parts or products required rather than having to order the required items from further afield and in many cases from abroad.
Local experts working together to the benefit of the customer
Being so local to each other we supply Stovax and Gazco with display items for photo shoots and they use our showrooms to give other retailers ideas for their own showrooms. We regularly provide feedback on new products and have an excellent face to face relationship with
all staff and management.
